Terms & Conditions for Online Competition (UK)
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Pinnacle Angling, located at 83 Amos Hill, Penygraig, Tonypandy, CF40 1PP.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2.2. Proof of age and identity may be required.
2.3. Internet access is required to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter, participants must [describe entry method e.g., fill out a form, like/share, submit an email, upload content].
3.2. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
3.3. Entries that are incomplete, late, corrupted, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will not be accepted.
3.4. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry by post: 83 Amos Hill, Penygraig , Tonypandy , CF40 1PP. Entry to state, Name, Address, DOB and Competition you wish to enter.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The competitions held will run for a 2 month period unless all tickets are sold before the time period elapses.
4.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be valid.
5. Prize
5.1. The prizes will be pictured on the home page of the copmpetiton.
5.2. The Prize is non‑exchangeable, non‑transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected randomly by live draw on Social media.
6.2. The draw/judging will take place within 1 week of the closing date.
6.3. If the competition is skill‑based, entries will be judged fairly and independently.
7. Winner Notification
7.1. The winner will be notified via [email / social media message / phone] within [timeframe] after selection.
7.2. If the winner does not respond within [48 hours / 7 days], the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Delivery of the Prize

12.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

network issues
loss or damage from participation in the competition
12.2. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Disqualification
13.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
breaches these Terms & Conditions
manipulates or attempts to manipulate the entry process
submits inappropriate or offensive content
14. Cancellation or Amendment
14.1. The Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary due to events outside its control.
